Livia is a terrible health care facility. The nurses and aides are incompetent, lazy, have cavalier attitudes often bordering on arrogance, especially when dealing with sickly patients/residents. In other words they just don't care about the residents that count on them for help. My family member was in there for 5 days. I took her out on the fifth day because they would not bathe her or change her dirty diaper until I insisted through the head nurse (who should be fired). They just hire the wrong people with bad attitudes.... read more
