Responsive time for someone to help you is terrible. Have been here for about a week and half. Supposed to be on rehab floor 2 but put on floor 3 with mostly nursing home patients who were noisy into midnight outside my room and unable to get rest or sleep. Transferred to floor 2 in shared room with another patient who talked in sleep and was so depressing asking God to just take her because she wanted to die. Heard this day and night. Livia is a terrible health care facility. The nurses and aides are incompetent, lazy, have cavalier attitudes often bordering on arrogance, especially when dealing with sickly patients/residents. In other words they just don't care about the residents that count on them for help. My family member was in there for 5 days. I took her out on the fifth day because they would not bathe her or change her dirty diaper until I insisted through the head nurse (who should be fired).
