Came to the Health and Wellness Fair at Better Health Store. Staff is super knowledgeable and I love the alternative, natural solutions that are offered, especially to help regulate the nervous system ❤️

I’m so grateful for the community at LiveWell! I’ve had the pleasure to connect with several practitioners of various wellness modalities as well as some members and I have always felt welcomed and supported. I love that they offer an ever-evolving variety of classes, programs and services. I absolutely always leave there feeling better than when I arrived.
Livewell has it all for those that are headed down the path to a holistic health journey! They offer a wide variety of classes, services, and memberships for the health club. My favorite amenities are the infrared sauna and massage chair! They left me in a state of zen for the rest of my day recently. The owner Alexis, is so kind and passionate about what she does, which is a genuine reflection in the quality of delivery in her business and services.
My significant other and I were seeking something to help align our peace and calm our minds and we happened upon this session. I struggle with committing to things that are outside of my comfort zone but we committed anyway and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We left this session more in tune with our mind, body, and inner peace than ever before!
