From the first moment I entered this amazing space I felt safe! The amazing women practioners opened up so many new ways to help in my personal wellness journey. I highly recommend the monthly membership for access to sound meditation and salt room therapy. Also the weekly clinics and group energy work was such an added bonus for my time in town.
LiveWell is a really cool concept. You can experience so many healing modalities to help aid your body in finding a more balanced state away from dis-ease. The owner, Alexis, is so friendly, practical, and down to earth. I love that about her!! My favorite thing here is the sound therapy bed! It’s a MUST try! I’ve had the privilege of working directly with Jessi on many occasions and I can’t recommend her enough. Was brought in with a friend for a group reiki event as my first experience here. The place felt so warm and inviting as did everyone there. The reiki was really great and allowed me to reflect on things I needed to. Wonderful space with great energy :)
LiveWell is such a gem! Their sound bed is absolutely incredible and so grounding and restorative. I always leave feeling refreshed and realigned. The salt room and sauna bed is another favorite it helps clear up my allergies and leaves me breathing easier every time. I also have the monthly mememvership!
