My experience with LiveWell Passport of VA LLC has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I encountered a lack of professionalism and poor communication. I was told they accepted my insurance, but I was never informed that they were out of my insurance network, which resulted in unexpected charges that could have been avoided with proper disclosure. I truly believe this is the best place I’ve been to. I am enthused about the outcome of my care. I believe that as I follow the guidelines set for me my health will improve. Everyone I come in contact with is very supportive, very kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. This is the first place that I’ve been to that tells me the entire truth about my condition and what can be done about it.
