Julie was professional, informative, and addressed my concerns with such care, guiding me through some issues lingering from my first pregnancy while also helping me with labor prep for my second pregnancy all at once. She gave me the confidence to know I can listen to my body and get answers to things that don’t feel right, even while navigating another pregnancy. I feel prepared for my next birth and postpartum experience after seeing her!
Julie was incredible! She made me feel comfortable and confident. I was able to get back to feeling like myself after my first baby with her knowledge and tools. I wish I knew about her practice sooner!

After 8 months of not seeing progress at a different PT office (due to my insurance limiting visits to 20 min), I switched to LiveWell and saw immediate results.
