Julie was very knowledgeable and helpful with my pelvic floor therapy with good results. She also helped me with exercises I can do at home.
I can not express enough gratitude for Julie. Not only did she help me fully recover from the postpartum pain I was experiencing, but she also made me feel incredibly comfortable and like I had known her my whole life. She gave me so much information and so many amazing exercises that I will continue to help with my core strength, and I will absolutely come back during and after any future pregnancies. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you!
