Julie was so easy to work with and really made all the exercises possible by tailoring them into my limited schedule and exercise routine that I’ve already been doing. She’s very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had! I also really appreciated how she was honest about the number of sessions I’d need and didn’t drag it out. I’ve already recommended her to family and friends :)

I can not express enough gratitude for Julie. Not only did she help me fully recover from the postpartum pain I was experiencing, but she also made me feel incredibly comfortable and like I had known her my whole life. She gave me so much information and so many amazing exercises that I will continue to help with my core strength, and I will absolutely come back during and after any future pregnancies. I am so grateful to Dr. Berube for her support throughout my pregnancy and early postpartum months.
