I’ve been here before and will definitely continue coming back! Every visit to LiveTrends in downtown Winter Garden is such a great experience. Leif went above and beyond to help my friend and me. He took his time explaining how to care for each plant and made sure we felt confident taking them home. What really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive he was—my friend is traveling tomorrow, and he carefully packed her plants so they could make the trip safely. Livetrends is a beautiful store, with beautiful decor and beautiful products, but honestly, what keeps me coming back is Leif. Sadly, customer service is a rarity in the retail space these days. Most often, you can enter a store and the employees will keep mopping, dusting, or sorting products without so much as a glance. Even worse are the stores where you go in and the employees have their phones in their faces, satiating their dopamine needs with a constant drip of TikToks.
