I was moving house recently and this company was supposed to pick my stuff up at 2pm as arranged 2 days earlier. I am standing outside and at 2.10pm I get a call saying he doesn’t know where driver is, his phone is off and that he will try and find someone else to help. I was never called back and he then went on to ignore my phone calls all day long. Not very professional, showed up 1 hour late and then sat in his van while me and his only employee were loading the van, as pictured below, even though he promised 2 people would help. Had the nerve to demand a full payment!
