Not impressed and disappointed at Turramurra Lively Physiotherapy & Pilates service. First of all, hygiene concern that the bed has no sheet or disposal paper. Dirty pants was offered and I refused to put it on. No fee declaration was mentioned before the treatment. The service lasted 35 mins however the charges indicated for 45 mins. Not sure I will go back for further treatment.
I’ve had a fantastic experience at Lively today. The physio was very skilled and took the time to clearly explain every step of the treatment plan in a way I could actually understand. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt listened to and supported. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable physio who genuinely cares about your recovery.
I can't speak more highly of Lively Pilates & Physio, although I started to attend there only 3 years ago. They are professional, caring , friendly & knowledgeable. Their massages surpass any I have tried in the past 25yrs & even my husband has really benefited from their services. I look forward each week to my sessions there & recommend them unreservedly. Keep up the good work Ladies!!
Incredible first experience at Lively. Sally was so thorough and knowledgeable in her treatment. Definitely recommend.
