For 18 months I had tightness and would end up with pain in the left hip if I was sitting down in the one position for prolonged periods. Sylvia successfully treated the symptoms. Further into the treatment she used Connect Therapy and found the main cause of the pain from an old injury that I had in my right foot (plantar fascia) over 10 years ago by checking over my whole body and its movements. I think she is an amazing practitioner. Highly recommended!
My experience with the team at lively Physio has been traumatic as my injury was one that had everyone not really knowing how to treat it as there is 4 injuries in one so before my operation I had little improve in ankle movement by the time my operation was I had more mobility because of the expertise and professional practices given by the team thank you guys you made my doctors job just that bit easier
