Whether you believe in the idea of having your own energy field or not, the work Flavia does can be powerful, restorative and grounding. I’ve only done one session so far but I left feeling super relaxed and restored, and I do plan on coming back for more. What a gift it is to have someone give you their full presence over the course of an hour, guiding you to get in touch with your breath, body, and own internal ways of healing. Days after my session my body feels great.

Flavia and her bioenergetic healing modalities are fabulous.
