I went there discussed my situation with the dietitian that they have he asked me to pay a 100$ for a coach 😂 that i have never heard from him anything he told me to get the supplements they have and meals 😂 gave me an app on my phone to check the meals and put in the time for meals ( app never worked) after a month of eating there products without any food i gained 3 pounds 😂😂 no one checks on how things going with you . They want you just to buy there products that are foond on the shelves. Waste of money ……

The online plans shared by Dr Pallavi are very effective , they are super flexible with with your dietary requirements and keeps a track of the plans all the way till the end. Highly recommend!
Losing weight was the biggest challenge and most difficult thing to do. But Dr Jassal made the whole process very smooth and easy with his expertise ,knowledge and calm patient nature. He is great at what he does. Thank you Dr Jassal for your Help
