I started Livefit 9 months ago and it has changed my life completely. To be able to walk into a gym and feel so at ease and supported by both members and coaches is very rare to find, but the Livefit community does exactly that! I cannot recommend this place enough.

So what does Livefit 14 mean to me? It's been my confidence boost, the place where I can leave my problems at the door and work out to clear my head. I love Livefit14. This gym lets me to be myself: my quiet self, chatty self, tired self, motivated self, lost self or energetic self. All the staff and members support and encourage each other, which is so important when we're all carrying 'stuff' in this tough world. Livefit 14 shapes bodies, minds, friendships and embodies acceptance and equality. We laugh, joke, share problems and sweat like pigs! It's fantastic so come along and try it out for yourself. James is like human medicine, spend half an hour with him in class then 15 minutes after talking about your problems and your day will be better. Everyone at livefit14 will agree im sure. This man’s running a gym like no other. Hes strict, he’s on the ball, he takes no prisoners but he cares about you and ultimately he gets results.
