I've taken a few wellness classes here, such as a breathwork class and a vision board class. I love that there's always something new and fun. The classes are always well put together and affordable. I'm looking forward to going back.

This is one of my favorite places in the capital region for wellness and relaxation. I go to a barre class every Saturday with an amazing instructor and it’s so fun and such a great workout. The massages there are the best and all the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great sense of community and variety of classes offered. Yoga, fitness, and lifestyle. It’s a beautiful space, highly recommend Pilates with Amy and barre class with Eliza!! The owner Leah is also a sweetheart! I particularly enjoy smaller group classes where you can connect with the instructor, that is exactly what you get here!
