I have been trying to contact them for over a month now and I have not received any responses back. I called the customer service number and the recording says they don't have live agents at the time to email them for help. But they don't answer the 3 emails I have sent over the past month. I sold my tickets through them and have not received my payout. I have a debit card attached to my account yet no payout. Terrible customer service!! I haven't been able to contact them for an issue. Believe me they won't help you at all.
