The absolute worst credit union experience I have ever had. Credit Union 1 acquired our former local credit union, Live Life FCU, and the level of service declined immediately. What used to be responsive and local is now corporate, slow, and nearly impossible to reach. My vehicle payoff check took 10 days to process. After payoff cleared, the lien release took more than 14 additional days to be issued and sent. That is 24 total days of delay, leaving my purchaser unable to properly register the vehicle. Everyone is so friendly and treats you with such respect. They know your name and genuinely help you with whatever you need. I could personally do everything online but honestly I prefer coming in a seeing these outstanding people in person. See you all Friday!!
