Huge relief to deal with someone who provides me so much assurance that the next choice I make is for me not a hard sell just to move stock along. His expertise and passion for cycling is excellent. So impressed with this shop! I will bring all my bikes here in the future, without hesitation! I went in late on a weekday after my bike (which had been "serviced" at a 99 Bikes the day before) broke during the ride home. They stopped what they were doing and helped me get everything fixed properly! I'm so grateful! And in the process I learned that their service costs are the same as what I paid to have my bike done incorrectly, so I'll definitely be using them for all my bike needs going forward. Thanks for your help!
