I love creating here. Meeting friends, working on a variety of projects all while being supported by an amazing kind, helpful staff. They're personable, accommodating and have over the years fostered an environment where folks can gather, create and build community. I love Creator Lab, it's my favorite place to be artistic here in Central Oregon.
Very nice and welcoming customer service. We come here every year as a family trip, this is a must visit for my family! It’s always a great time and the staff always make sure my kids have everything they need!
I am a local and enjoy coming to The Creator Lab every weekend. The variety of crafts has a choice for whatever mood I’m in, and the vibe and culture is always positive and supportive. I have never left a review, but I feel compelled to as I have never felt such level of disrespect when walking into a store, let alone a store that is supposed to be fun and welcoming. The two girls that were working were very snarky and rude, causing us to leave before we even started our craft. They made rude comments under their breath and directly to my face.
