If you want to get wowed with fish quality, packaging and customer service,then order from Livefish.com. Each fish individually wrapped or packed on a high quality plastic bag. I have been a hobby aquarist for over 60 years. I have delt with a very large number places selling tropical fish over the years. This is the first time I have delt with Fish Direct and couldn’t be more satisfied. I placed an order for some Black Red Tail Sharks for my 75 Gal Tank and some Clown Loaches for my 125 Gal Tank. They package the fish on a Wednesday for an overnight delivery on Thursday. Unfortunately, there was a problem with UPS and they never delivered them until Friday. I bought 14 fish from them and only 4 of them lived more then 2 weeks. Not happy at all. Full story I wanted to stock a 20 gallon tank with a pair of german blue rams and a group of rummynose tetras. I ordered them for local pickup. When I got them in my tank they all looked sick. The tetras were very skinny and the rams were hyperventilating. I ended up loosing both rams and most of the tetras.
