I had acupuncture and a massage at this clinic and had a very positive experience. Acupuncture was my first time, and I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be not painful at all and very comfortable. The specialists are attentive, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

I witnessed Elena Grabko being very rude to my friend when she simply asked about available appointment times for a massage. I do not recommend this place. It seems that she may be more polite to people who speak English, but toward those who speak Ukrainian she openly shows her dislike and speaks very disrespectfully. Who is the manager here? This issue occurred when I tried to book a massage appointment for myself and my husband with specialist Elena Grabko. After she offered dates and times that did not work for us, I politely declined and thanked her. Elena became irritated that the proposed days and times were not suitable, and in response she raised her voice, used inappropriate language, and got personal in several voice messages, which she later deleted.
