Who would have thought that hopping in a cold tub could feel so good! I have lost 13lbs since i started using the cold plunge tub at Liv24. After my session I have so much more energy. It also is a great way to put you in a fitness frame of mind. I really appreciate the technology that shows your personalized progress after using the cold plunge. If you are looking for a way to kick start your fitness game i highly recommend it.
