We used their services a few months (2025) ago through a referral for our home sale in Vancouver. They completed the work as required, nothing more, nothing less. However, there were some challenges, as the representative (admin staff?) we worked with seemed unfamiliar with basic Canadian information and documentation requirements, which was abit concerning.
