If I could put 0 stars I would! After I hired her and after many calls and emails, trying to get a hold of her- Carolyn's assistant specfically said "the trail case is more important" but why didnt they mention this before taking my money? I recieved NO HELP and no resolution to my situation. She tells you she will do something and she does nothing. I felt like I was alone with my situation after paying her. Please think twice before hiring her.
