I went to this office last November to open my new company that I was charged $500 for the service. It was totally fine until I received the documents and start to have problems to use it since the name of the company was there by mistake of them. It has been more the one month that I am in contact with them to help me solve the problem without receiving a properly solution making me go in person to NJ division of revenue to request the certificate with the correct information on it. Ver disappointed
Litz has great people working for them. Reception is always friendly and helpful. I work with Nora, she's the best in my opinion, and always gets back to me in a timely manner with any questions I may have about my returns. They never seem like you are bothering them, even though I KNOW they are crazy busy. There are genuinely good people working here. My previous accountant would just turbo tax everything, which I could've done myself and saved a few bucks. Litz is worth every penny for the work they do.
