Needed help with the transfer of a property deed within the family. Phillip Pugh and the rest of the team were very thorough and made sure everything was accounted for. They helped us through the process quickly but were willing to answer all of our questions as they arose. Julia worked with us to sign all of the paperwork and she took the time to explain each document. It was a pleasure to work with everyone here and I appreciate the help and guidance they provided. I will work with them again in the future if needed.
i was trying to set a will for my family, tomorrow isn't promised with that being said, she seemed friendly and helpful at first, haley is who im referring to, i sent a couple of emails and she responded in a timely matter, since then i sent a couple of emails with no response. Well, I haven’t had an actual experience with them because I can’t get anyone to call me back. Started last Wednesday to check on pricing for wills /estate planning. Was told a paralegal would call me by Friday. At 3 on Friday I called back to say that this is pretty important as my husband has stage 4 lung cancer. She told me all the partners were out of the office on Friday, but promised someone would call Monday because of our urgent cancer situation. Still have heard nothing.
