We purchased over $10,000 in lighting from this store and the designer measured a fixture incorrectly. They refused to exchange it out or return it, so we lost $1000 and they did nothing to help us. They told us to just "get use to it." Extremely unprofessional and they harass you to get their payment asap so they can make their commission. Their prices are too high and not comparable to other lighting stores. Do your research before wasting your time here. Very disappointed and my family and I will never return.
The friendly staff provided me with information on where I could find specific parts for a lamp. While I was there, I saw that there were enough staff to assist all customers, and the store was very beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and lighting concepts.

Worst experience from customer care staff Store closes at 5pm and at 3:45pm doors were locked. Staff was inside and watching that there are people at their door and no one was responding When we knock on the door they said we are closed! We said door sign says-open until 5pm! They signed with hands that we are closed. Never visiting store again
My wife and I had wonderful options and patient service from Lisa, our saleswoman. Her guidance was extraordinarily helpful. We have been customers of Littman Bros. over several decades, and always have first-class products from which to chose and excellent interactions with the staff!
