I came here due to my insurance company no longer accepting our last vision provider. I will NOT be back. I’ll pay out of pocket elsewhere. Our appointment was sept 6. It’s now oct 22 and I still have not been able to pick up our glasses. They never answer the phone and they were closed when we drove out Saturday (their ‘open’ business day). Just awful to work with.
They never answer the phone during business hours. They never return calls. They messed up my son's prescription which gave him headaches and had to have the glasses redone again, take forever at a visit and to get the glasses in. The best thing you can do for my town is close shop and let someone else in who cares.

They are a very community friendly company. Wants to help our Littlestown community get thorough eye care. Takes almost all ins plans! Very relaxing environment.
