Very happy with Little Zaks Shellharbour :)
This centre provides a very caring and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported. The educators are attentive and genuinely focused on each child’s wellbeing and development. I really appreciate how the learning experiences are age-appropriate and thoughtfully planned, helping children to explore, grow, and build confidence at their own pace.
We have been attending little zaks for almost 4 years with great confidence however over the past 2 years it has gone downhill massively. Constant changes in staff and management. A manager was even escorted off the premises after standing up to higher management and trying to fix issues. I was even told by staff themselves the centre is unsafe and I should remove my child from the centre "this isint a safe place, if I was you I would move her". Such a lovely centre, great staff that go above and beyond within the centre they have made our daughter feel safe and at home when she is in their care
My son has been going there for 9 months and we love it. The staff are wonderful, and so caring to the children. We get regular updates about daily activities, as well as learning summaries and updates about what they're currently working on with the children. They serve a good variety of food and are aware of my son's allergies. My son is always so happy when I drop him off and doesn't want to leave when I pick him up.
