Received two of these bracelets as a birthday gift recently and thought they were really cute! so I decided to look into the company, and to my surprise, the owner was one of my middle/high school bullies! I have been shopping at the Bleeker Street location multiple times, have done 2 beading sessions several months ago there, and frequently shop from their app (what can I say, I'm a BIT obsessed). I placed an order a few days ago my very first purchase and I had a question regarding my order. The customer service over the phone at Bleecker Street NYC my second time calling. The young lady acted as if she did not understand anything I was saying, she refused her name and the customer service number in Plainfield NJ never answered and never returned my call after I left a VM message. They sent an email this morning regarding my order and that is not the question I needed to get information. Not impressed!!!!!!!!
Had the sweetest time today at LWP in the West Village with my sis, baby niece, and daughter. We lucked out and had the place to ourselves, with plenty of time to make the perfect custom pieces, thanks to Mia! She was so great with my daughter, and we all shared laughs and swapped inspo. Thanks, Mia, for making our day so magical. #golden!
