I placed an order a few days ago my very first purchase and I had a question regarding my order. The customer service over the phone at Bleecker Street NYC my second time calling. The young lady acted as if she did not understand anything I was saying, she refused her name and the customer service number in Plainfield NJ never answered and never returned my call after I left a VM message. They sent an email this morning regarding my order and that is not the question I needed to get information. Not impressed!!!!!!!!

Had the sweetest time today at LWP in the West Village with my sis, baby niece, and daughter. We lucked out and had the place to ourselves, with plenty of time to make the perfect custom pieces, thanks to Mia! She was so great with my daughter, and we all shared laughs and swapped inspo. Thanks, Mia, for making our day so magical. #golden!

What a great afternoon at Little Words Project on Bleecker to celebrate a 6th birthday and mama/daughter afternoon. We had appointments to make bracelets and Mia was so great with my 6 year old. Encouraging her to change out colors and be creative. After we did a little shopping and before we left Mia had a surprise for my kid - a bracelet for her American Girl Doll. The smile on my kids face was priceless. They practice what they preach. We will be back.
