I honestly did not know what to expect from the daycare since it has been over a decade since I had to use one. I have temporary custody over my 3 year old niece and chose this day care because of the location. To say the least, Shanta has become one of my favorite humans on Earth and we have had nothing but good things to say. I LOVE THIS DAYCARE. I wish I still lived in the area. The teachers are so warm. They are perfect. They treat the kids as if they are their own. My daughter truly enjoyed the daycare and this review is long overdue. Please enroll your child!
The director lets her employees come into work in the infant room with HERPES on her mouth and doesn’t see an issue with it. Terrible customer service. Told us two different amounts for weekly pay. Overall it’s a mess. I had a very bad experience and do NOT recommend this daycare to anyone. She confirmed that she frequently gets outbreaks and to just pull my son out instead of addressing the real issue. We just started at Little Tykes, and we already feel so welcome! Ms. Shanta is an amazing asst. director, and really helped ensure we felt comfortable with the school. I know my daughter will love it there!
