I had the misfortune of getting my child on a waitlist at this establishment. That came with a $350 deposit and the expectation that I’d be hearing back from them if a spot opened up. I occasionally reached back out over the course of 1 year to see where we were on the list and I kept getting the same “there are only a couple of families in front of you” line every time. We have been in the program for almost 2 years. We have been impressed with the facilities, the quality of care, and those that care for our little ones. The teachers and staff seem to love what they do and partner with parents to solve rocky bits. Their approach is refreshing and light for 2 parents that work full time. We feel confident knowing that our most prized little people are in good hands and we also feel appreciated as parents that choose to send our 2 daughters into their care.

If you’re looking for friendly staff, welcoming environment, routine structure for your little one or a diverse classroom setting. THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!!!! I was Very disappointed with my initial interaction with the staff and facility. I had a scheduled tour at 10:30a and Amy (the facility director) was 16 minutes late. Upon entering the daycare, I was not greeted by name and my appointment wasn’t acknowledged, only my arrival. I waited for Amy who did not even state her name or acknowledge me by name.
