UPDATED REVIEW: My son recently moved up to the Neverland classroom after almost 2 years of LSP Erie. He has done so well here and is thriving. I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Jayd and Ms. Savannah who have both been incredible collaborators to help me solve some attention/behavior issues and have approached solutions so thoughtfully and patiently. We are so grateful to have found LSP, especially Ms Olivia for our 2 year old. We transitioned from a nanny a month ago, so had some natural anxiety, but our daughter is absolutely thriving thanks to Ms Olivia and the staff at LSP. The toddlers are treated with love, do consistent brain building and age appropriate stimulating activities all day and we get so many updates so we’re seeing her actively thrive. We've been at LSP-Erie since it opened, and have had the pleasure of experiencing some truly talented and caring staff. We're currently in the Neverland Pre-K classroom, where Miss Jayd and Miss Savannah are caring, talented teachers who are consistently loving toward the kids and create genuinely fun learning environments. Our daughter comes home excited to tell us what she learned, and it's amazing (and honestly adorable) to hear a 4-year-old explaining concepts like Venn diagrams and gravity. The Arendelle teachers Luna and Hana are amazing. They are encouraging; kind; caring and so much fun! I love receiving 5-10 pictures a day of the activities they are doing. The chef meals are great; I never thought my kid would eat that food but he does! The directors Michelle and Mariah are always there making sure everything is going smoothly and ready to greet you with a smile. We've been there since July and I can tell you it's worth every penny. The facility is beautiful and the care cannot be measured.
I've held back on leaving a review for Little Sunshines after my daughter attended for ~18 months, because I don't want to impact anyone's job negatively. However, parents should be aware of our personal experience. The catalyst for me to leave this review was a few weeks back: our 5-year-old daughter threw up and was uncleaned and uncared for (to sit by herself on a couch in the corner) for 30 minutes before we could arrive to pick her up in the morning.
