We love LSP for our kiddo. The staff is very communicative, and we feel great knowing the little one is there. They come home smiling every day.
Our family had a very disappointing experience with this childcare center, and I feel it’s important to share for other parents who are trying to plan care for their children. We paid a $350 deposit in April 2025 based on the center’s indication that a September 2025 start date was possible. After paying the deposit, we received no communication at all for seven months—no updates on our wait-list status, no check-ins, no timeline adjustments, nothing. We LOVE LSP! From the welcoming staff and environment right as you walk in the door to the outstanding care our little dude receives, we can't recommend LSP enough. It feels so comforting as new parents knowing that our son is cared for, his needs are met, and he's learning + having fun! We love the community, the events around the holidays, the monthly themes, the very accommodating hours, and the wonderful caregivers on staff. So incredibly grateful!
In response to the business manager- When I saw the staff member kiss the infant, I specifically asked our tour guide whether that infant who she kissed was her own child and the tour guide said no. Rather than give excuses and come up with a lie, I would appreciate if Little sunshine playhouse can acknowledge their mistake and work with that individual staff member to make sure that never happens again and use this incident as a reminder for all other staff members that no staff should be kissing any infants or children. My husband and I went on a tour yesterday morning, and noticed red flags off the bat. Though this location is convenient for us, we will not be enrolling our child here. 1. I very clearly saw staff member pick up an infant and kiss him 3x on the face.
