We got our start at Little Steps. He was 3 years old then and he is now 13, we are forever grateful. The only reason why we stopped is because we moved out of the state of Florida. They are the very best.
Vanessa and the other therapists are friendly and effective.
Bad experience all around. Parking was terrible. Your parking in warehouse parking were we had to walk a fair distance to get to the place. Then we walk in and i am asked for a referral. Needless to say i didnt have it. When making the appointment over the phone no one told me to bring it. She tells me we can fax it later so its cool. As i am filling out the paper work, we hear here calling the therapist asking were they are. Because they are not there. Horrible customer service, horrible location, horrible and unsanitary office. Receptionist is lazy, uninformed, unprofessional. I would not reccomend this place for the care of a dog!!
