I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Little Steps Pediatric Therapy. I showed up for my daughter’s appointment — after checking in and paying $200 upfront at the front desk — only to be told after the fact that the therapist who was supposed to see her wasn’t even there that day. No one called to notify us in advance. I had to pack up my newborn and spend over an hour getting there, only to be turned away. We are so incredibly grateful for the amazing team here—every single person, from the therapists to the front office staff, has been nothing short of fantastic. I must say the rating is only this high because myself and my two kids love Ms. Adrianna and are devastated that she is leaving at the end of this month Staff. The therapist themselves are not bad I believe that they are caring individuals, but professionalism is lacking. We moved here (Woodgride) in May 2023, and our child was to receive physical therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy at this location. We have worked with Miss Adrianna for almost a year now. My son has connected with her immediately and formed a strong bond. She is great with kids and has a way to teach them in a fun and playful way. My son enjoys going to see her every time and wishes his sessions were longer!
Ms. Adrianna is the most amazing speech therapist!!! My almost two year old went from grunts only to where he's just about caught up in language development. She got him to speak in such a short amount of time and my son is so much less frustrated now that he can verbalize his wants and needs.
