I would give 0 stars if I could. Parents be warned, there are so many other swim school options with less predatory financial practices, there is no reason to work with a business that charges your card even if they don’t provide any lessons, and refuses refunds. They do not offer precise scheduling options at all, and if the time they give you (within an unacceptably wide range of what you might have requested) does not work for your schedule, it’s $100 to change the schedule. Really great energy and my grand daughter was right at home with in her arms. Really sweet and you can tell kids love her
Worst company ever. Weeks of emailing and calling with little response only to find out they were too lazy to take someone new and wasted our time by continuing to reach out.
We just finished up week 3 and my girl has learned so much! Michelle is patient and kind and we are super happy with her progress so far!
