Sometimes it hits the fan (or backs up in your house), but these folks are professionals. Easily one of the best (given the situation) experiences with a city service I have had.

My apartment building at 1401 Scott Street has quite possibly the worst parking lot in all of Little Rock. One entrance/one exit. Tight corners; idiots who create their own parking spaces, overall a poor layout. I was NOT looking forward to the notice that Reclamation was coming to fix a sewer drain. Today's (7/19/23) crew did an outstanding job. They were very courteous when I had to pass by to exit the lot. I'm still shocked how well they maneuvered the truck in such cramped quarters. Great job!
