Twelve lanes. Three people working. That’s the whole story. The place is built to handle a crowd, but most of the lanes sit empty while everyone stands around waiting. I’ve tried for three days to get my license renewed. Management and the Governor have completely dropped the ball. Why have 12 lanes if you’re only ever going to run three? The setup screams efficiency, but the execution is a severely inefficient mess. Until they staff properly, expect long waits and frustration.
