Shameful and unprofessional behavior from one of your drivers. A simple, respectful situation was unnecessarily turned uncomfortable due to attitude and lack of basic manners. This reflects poorly on your company. Drivers should be trained to show professionalism and respect. Do better.
I worked with Tristan Ethridge on the shipment, and he provided all the details (PU numbers, phone numbers) on time. During delivery, the truck broke down and we were unable to drive the last few miles to the unloading site, but he was very helpful in communicating with the consignee and showed professionalism and calmness.
Trashy trucks, smart mouth supervisors, worn out bunk mattresses, dash lights flickering, trucks catching on fire, old time trailers with the manual release pins, holes in the roof of trailers, 1000 miles a week pay, abs lights on, walk around pre-trip with an iPad tablet to send pictures daily rain or shine, dark or bright.
