From my experience everyone was very polite to me. They don’t pre-plan loads. Forget about starting your days at 3-4 am. It’s like you work a normal job and have to wait until they’re in the office to remind them you don’t have a load and they’ll get you running around 9:45 or 10:00. They do not and will not pay you your last check though and they pay zip code to zip code .

They didn't pay me my last check when I left. I wasn't able to finish the load but I did some miles and they didn't pay me for those. From what I've heard no one the class I was are still there.
