The customer service is pretty much terrible. The owner stays on the phone the whole time or he’s watching some thing on TV in the back office. Or yelling at his family. His wife is a very pleasant either. But honestly I always used to come for the chicken. For me it was worth it because it was so good. But recently I went there and found the chicken is nearly half the size that it used to be. And the same price. I’ve never went to a crispy crunch or chicken was so small before.
