We Have lived here for a year and a half and this has been the best experience we’ve had with rentals. The office staff is amazing the condos themselves Are huge and handle our large furniture quite well. It doesn’t feel like a rental. It feels like it’s a Home for us. Just a quick note of appreciation to the maintenence crew, especially Zach for his respectful presence in our home and quality of his workmanship.
I love my spacious 3 bedroom. Sarah in the leasing office is very professional and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly to service requests. I couldn’t have asked for more. Beautiful scenery all around.
First thing I would like to mention is that this complex has offered compensation for five star reviews. So please be aware. This place is NOT big on security. Only one lock on the door and no peep holes to see who is there. Maintenance tried entering at 1 am one night with NO notification. We luckily had an extra lock placed on our door so they could not break in. The main office didn’t seem to care or offer any sincere apology for such a traumatic experience.
