Dropped off a piece in July and have yet to hear from them. I was told i'd hear back within a month. I waited until October before calling to check in. I was told they were just behind, but id definitely hear in november and have my piece back before holidays. Now its December....5 months and not a call, email, pigeon nothing. Promptness and service obviously very poor. Couldnt tell about expertise.
I trusted them with a 50 year old secretary's drop-leaf table that I inherited from my mother-in-law. It had a maple inlay border and was a beautiful piece, except that a puppy had really enjoyed a couple of the legs and then we had it in storage for almost a year and the maple veneer inlay peeled off. It took a while, but when I got it back from them, it looked just like new! Highly recommend them
