Just had a call with a man from their customer service. He asked all the questions to be able to quote over the phone since they don't do in-home quote. At the end, once he gives us their quote, he starts pushing us to make a reservation, saying we will not be able to get better price, with better company, we will not be even able to get a moving company within our ideal delivery time. Arrived on time, worked hard, was in constant communication concerning furniture etc
Phenomenal moving experience! My mother was being discharged from the hospital and needed immediate service. They even allowed us to update the last and adjust the quote that day. There were 4 movers and they were extremely professional. They wrapped everything to prevent damage and they worked quickly and efficiently. We had a terrible experience with another company when we moved 4 years ago and again prior to that move, so I had low expectations. I really cannot praise our movers enough - I definitely tipped them!
Chris, Hunter, and Thomas were beasts! They showed up early and moved all of our stuff in under 2 hours. Not a scratch.
