Very cute shop, terrible party experience. We had our daughter's 5th birthday here, and it was awful. They have no business advertising this as a party venue. It was chaos. We made the reservation a month ahead, and both talked to the owner on the phone and texted to confirm. I also texted the owner the morning of.
