I highly recommend any of Daina’s classes! Her knowledge of bread and cinammon roll making is beyond extensive. She is a kind and patient teacher with a great attention to detail who truly loves sharing her knowledge to help others succeed in recreating these delicious recipes. I am a novice baker….if she can teach me she can teach anyone! Don’t miss an opportunity to learn from the best!

Wow! This class was fantastic. I learned so much and came away with the confidence to keep a starter alive and to make my own bread. Will definitely take more classes in the future.
My 13 year old daughter and I went to Daina’s sourdough class and we had so much fun and learned more than the countless videos I’ve watched about it. There is no substitute for the real thing. We can’t wait to try her cheese class.
