By far the best investment I have ever made. I have been making sourdough for about 2 years now but with inconsistency. It didn't take long to start getting my answers. Daina was very prepared and made the class fun and hands on.
Daina was amazing! She is super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I took her cheese class on Saturday and her sourdough class on Sunday and learned so much. I can’t wait for her cinnamon roll class.
