I took the Cow Milking & Cheese Making Experience, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Daina was such a kind, knowledgeable, and engaging instructor. She taught us not only how to make cheese, but also so much about dairy farming and the science behind the process. Took the cheese making class Diane made it a great experience, love the hands on learning opportunity. Highly recommend.
My friends and I took the Farm to Table Mozzarella, it was so fun! I loved milking the cow and Daina and her husband are great people.
