Wonderful bread class! I can’t wait to come back for the Advanced class.
Took the cheese making class Diane made it a great experience, love the hands on learning opportunity. Highly recommend.
My friends and I took the Farm to Table Mozzarella, it was so fun! I loved milking the cow and Daina and her husband are great people.
We took the beginner's class for sourdough bread on May 9, 2026, and we absolutely loved it! Daina is such a wonderful person; she was incredibly patient with all of us. Everyone had many questions and concerns, and she addressed each one of them. I highly recommend going to her if you’re considering taking a class. She will send you home well-equipped to successfully make bread on your own.
