I was excited to join this company after being told it offered room for growth and advancement. Unfortunately, during my 6 months there, I experienced the opposite. We have used Melissa Vento for my sons speech therapy and she is phenomenal! My son is so comfortable with her and happy to actually go every week to her office. We couldn't have been blessed more by having her come into our lives to help him. A+ facility A+ Staff.
This company is committing INSURANCE FRAUD in plain sight! They double charged my insurance company and think they can get away it. So unethical to think they are dealing with children and creating additional hardships for families with special needs kids.
The therapy service is very good for the kids but the receptionist is very bad with people, she does not great people and would not even answer if you say hi to her. She should get trained on Customer Services.
My daughter Riley has been doing Speech and OT therapy here and completely loves it. I have seen such a change with her development and her speech it has been amazing. She loves spending time here with her therapist and they give me feedback after every session for how to continue her development at home.
