My wife was helped by a customer service attendant named Ehloïse and she absolutely made our night! My wife and I were walking and she realized her waterproof shoes were no longer waterproof- so we had a last minute shopping excursion. I know it was a huge relief to my wife to find shoes that fit, but were attractive and practical to boot!
