I cannot say enough good things about this company! I ordered the wrong size and only had a week to get the correct size. I spoke to Anna on the phone and she allowed me to order the replacement before even receiving the original tux back. She also suggested I order two sets, (jacket, pants, and vest) just to be sure I would have the right size for each piece. Got the order 3 business days later and the replacement size fit perfectly! Great service, love my tux! I realized after placing my order that I forgot the bowtie. I contacted customer service via email to see if I could add one to the same shipment to avoid extra shipping costs and they replied within minutes and were so helpful. I ordered a jacket, vest, shorts, and a bowtie and am very pleased with the quality and fit of all of the items.
