My wife had purchased a dresser from this store that was not delivered by them. We asked for a refund and the manager Michael Boles asked for a ridiculous amount. We will NEVER purchase anything from this store.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Litt Concept House! They didn’t just sell us furniture; they completely transformed the vibe of our home. They helped us fully style our living and dining room space with one of a kind antique statement pieces. We’ve sourced so many incredible antique pieces there, including a stunning cocktail table, a bar cabinet, and several unique lamps that have become our favorite items in our home. This order was placed on 9/10/2025. It is now 10/19/2025 and the item is nowhere in sight. The only correspondence from the company arrived after I asked “where is my basket”? No one said it might be delayed, no one said expect a 2-month delivery time, no one said anything; but my CC was definitely charged. I am very disappointed with this organization. It is safe to say that this will be my only order (if it ever does arrive).
