I can't express enough how impressed I am with this company. I purchased a battery and charger through a third party that installed by an authorized dealer. My charger went bad and I reached out and spoke with tech support. He asked for some information. I then received a call from the General Manager before I could even get the information back to tech support with the requested info and she was very apologetic and resolved the issues immediately by shipping a brand new charger with no questions asked. Will at LBP was extremely helpful in making sure i got what i needed. With today’s motors you cant be too safe and he explained exactly what i needed and what would work. If you are considering going to lithium i would highly recommend you call and talk to Will, he will take care of you!!!!!

Great product and customer service. I own two of these batteries for my trolling motors, one on a 27 foot and the other on a 33 foot. They are both fantastic, long lasting and great quality. Their customer service has been exceptionally responsive, going out of their way several times to walk me through the process of waking up a battery and helping me set up the chargers correctly. I highly recommend Lithium Battery Power.
