Very accommodating and friendly staff. I saw Chamika for acute shoulder and lower back pain, she identified the problem areas right away and treated them with massage and small dry needling which I can not recommend enough for how painless and effective it is. She'll also provide exercises to curb further injury and will also follow up with you post session. Would recommend.
I came to Lithgow Physiotherapy in need of treatment for my ankle. I have attended 3 times and each time I have walked through the door, I am greeted by a wonderful, friendly receptionist that has helped answer all my questions. She has been very accommodating for my short time frame to attend and has even helped me secure future times that suits myself and Chamika. Have been getting treated for a tendon strain in my knee, from the initial consultation to follow up appointments I cant rate them highly enough. Chamika has been very helpful and patient in giving me treatments to help return to fitness
