Horrible woman. Saw today a poor young person knock over the plant out the front, already bent down to fix it, only for the lady working to come out and start screaming at them!! They apologised over and over, still trying to fix the plant, while this woman kept screaming at them! I watched it happen it was a complete accident on the young persons part, being a bit distracted while walking.
