From start to finish, seamless. Javiah assisted me with a house sale and land purchase. I would use Lithgow Conveyancing whether purchasing/selling in the area or a state or suburbs far away. Javiah and her team were thorough, accurate and prompt, following me up for response when needed. My experience was not like some have reviewed. I could not recommend Javiah and her team at Lithgow Conveyancing highly enough.

If you want professional service and basic communication, don't choose Lithgow Conveyancing. We recently purchased a block of land and chose Javiah to act as our conveyancer. From day one there has been zero communication and service. They didn't even let us know that they had received our contract. I had to call them a week and a half later to ask if they had it.
